The United States government can create energy from coal, but can’t figure out how to make it rain in our forests? So that we don’t have to move out of state next year? Tower sprinklers have been around for decades and are being used in Nevada to protect the governments precious redwood trees. It seems to me that the government may be doing a wee bit of population control getting rid of homeless people maybe? You think they care about our well being and they know what is coming but still have not done this most simple task?
What do I suggest? Send an email to Hilary Franz the commissioner of public lands, and tell her to stop picking her nose.
